Day 1: Listing Presentation at your home, viewing competing and sold property listings comparable to your home, helping you make an informed decision on the pricing of your home. Complete listing paperwork in person, or via "Authentisign" our electronic signing platform. It's very easy to use and saves you time!
Day 2: Order Professional photography, help in "staging" your rooms, so every photo shows off the desirable and unique features of your home. Prepare and submit your property listing information into our MLS system, including showing instructions.
