Like
so many "Floridians", I'm a transplant from somewhere else. My
hometown is Euclid, Ohio (an eastern suburb of Cleveland).
I graduated High School in 1980, and came to Orlando via the U.S. Navy in 1985.
I was fortunate enough to meet my wife only 3 months into my post-Navy life here, and we married in 1987. We were further blessed with our daughter Summer Elizabeth in 1997.
We are a "sales family"! My wife and I have both been in direct sales since the mid 1980s, and you can also buy lemonade from time to time, from my daughter in our drive way!
Our values are deeply rooted in 'family', and needless to say, our daughter is the sun that we revolve around! She is already as outgoing as we are, and I'm hopeful she'll take over my business some day!
We have resided in West Orange County since the mid 1980s, and moved to the "Stoneybrook West" community in south Winter Garden in 2001.
In my spare time (when I have some), I enjoy participating in the Pokemon TCG League in Ocoee. TCG stands for "trading card game". It is an international competitive league that started many years ago when Pokemon became hugely successful. The Ocoee league is held at my Realty office, so if you or someone you know would like to participate, come join us each Sunday from 12:00 to 3:00 PM. There is also the Orlando League that is held at the Sci-Fi City in East Orlando, Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
I used to golf a lot more, but my daughter and I really like spending time together, so we are involved in the league together. Family is everything!!
The Florida Keys is our favorite place to be on vacation! This photo is from June 2005 in DUCK KEY, just above Marathon. It's a terrific family resort with lots of activities for kids, full service SPA for Mom -- and lots of peaceful hideaways for Dad!!
